Refund Policy

Francisco Jesús Pastor Mayor (hereinafter, “EL OWNER”), creator of (hereinafter, “TDW”) offers the following refund policy:

For the members of the private club “TDW” (Standard, Advanced and Premium):

  1. In case of new hiring, you can request the return of your purchase in the 14 days following the acquisition date, using the contact form “Contact us”, explaining the reason for the request, and indicating in the subject “TDW Refund”. In a maximum period of 2 working days, the return order will be issued and a credit invoice will be sent to the customer, with the average payment delay being 5 to 10 days.
  2. There is no possibility of refund after the period of 14 days from the date of purchase, and we do not offer partial returns in proportion to the time spent in the community.
  3. If you have accessed TDW through a free trial period, the period of 14 days to request the return begins to count from the first day of the free trial period.
  4. While you are still a member of the TDW private club, EL OWNER will charge you annually for the annual membership contracted at the current price on the renewal date. The renewals are made automatically and returns are not allowed. If you do not want to renew, you must follow the instructions below.
  5. You will receive an email reminding you of the renewal of your membership one week before the renewal date. If you want to unsubscribe, you can do it from your TDW profile in: Your Account / Subscriptions / “Cancel” link.
  6. An email or a phone call can not be considered as a withdrawal request. If you want to unsubscribe, you can do it from your profile in TDW in: Your Profile / Subscriptions / “Cancel” link. It is your responsibility to notify on time of your withdrawal through the established process.
  7. If you decide to Cancel your Account, all your contents and your personalizations will be lost. There is no way to go back.
  8. IMPORTANT: The possibility of refund in the renewals of the membership is not admitted.

For custom services not specified above:

  1. All face-to-face, personalized or online services on a specific date and delivered in virtual form are billed in advance at 100%.
  2. There is no possibility of refund in these services carried out “made to measure”, since the 14-day guarantee only applies to digital training products. A personalized service is an agreement between the two parties to carry out a series of activities in exchange for a price agreed between both parties.

THE OWNER reserves the right to make changes to the return policy by email notification.
